9th Annual Labor Day 30K Race.
   Saturday, September 5, 2009
   30K Race begins at 8:00am

   --7:45am  30K Cycle Cross or Mountain Bike
   --8:30am  10K Run
   --8:35am  10K Walk
   --11:15am  1/2mi Kids Fun Run
"Super Enabled" wheeler and handcyclists will
begin races approximately 1/2hr early:
7:30am 30K;   8:10am 10K

   Registration 6:30-7:45am
   (Cash or Check only for Day-of-Race payment)
RRCA 30 K State Championship
30K and 10K are USTF and RRCA Certified

   --Pre & Post Race massages.

*  This is an EXTRAORDINARY Race and excellent way to prepare for your first or best fall marathon.
*  Scenic course with beautiful dirt roads taking you into Proud Lake Recreational Area.
*  Michelob Ultra is back! So stay around afterwards for live entertainment!
*  Finisher Medals for ALL participants
*  5 Year Age Group Awards for top 3 Male & Female finshers  *

Join us for the 3rd Annual Bike the 30K on paved and dirt roads. (This event is on both paved and dirt roads, so a cycle-cross or mountain bike is suggested.)

2010 Bridge Run Qualifying Event

The Milford Labor Day 30K is an endorsed running event and qualifies you to enter the 2010 Lottery for the Mackinac Bridge Labor Day Run- September 6, 2010

Volunteers Needed
We are looking for 50-80 volunteers - each will receive a free T-Shirt.
  Aid Stations - Hand out drinks to runners along the route, set-up, clean-up tables.
  Course Marshals - Direct runners, stop traffic as needed.
  Registration Helpers - Assist with preparation and registration - can participated in race afterwards.
